When Ordering Sod:

Determine amount required by multiplying length times width in feet and dividing the result by 9 to determine the square yardage.

Place order well in advance of requested delivery date(generally 3 -5 days, especially if ordering a partial load)

Remember to order a sufficient amount of fertilizer to get your sod off to a good start and to establish quickly. We also have a complete fertilizer program for you to follow after establishment.

The minimum delivery requirement is 300 yds. If the order is between 300 and 1,050 yds. there is a $30 drop charge(there is also a drop charge if the driver has to deliver to more than 1 location. A full load is between 1050 and 1350 square yards, depending on moisture content.

Directions to Huber Ranch Sod Nursery, Inc.:

If taking I-65 south, get off at Route 2(Lowell/Hebron exit). go west to Route 41, take Route 41 south 7 miles, entrance is on the west side of Route 41. The office is the first building on the right as you come up the drive.

If taking I-65 north, get off at Route 10(Roselawn/DeMotte exit), go west 10 miles to Route 41, take Route 41 north 3 miles, entrance is on the west side of Route 41. The office is the first building on the right as you come up the drive.

If you'll be coming from west of I-65, the farm is located 20 miles south of Route 30 on Route 41, entrance is on the west side of Route 41. The office is the first building on the right as you come up the drive.

Company Policies:

There is a pallet deposit of $12.00 per pallet and a big roll tube deposit of $12.00 per tube.

Up to 1 1/2 hour unloading time; $10.00 for every 15 minutes after that.

All accounts are C. O. D. unless credit has been established in advance.

All charge accounts are net 30 days of invoice.

A credit limit will be set when a charge account is started. When the limit is reached, payment must be received before additional orders can be processed.

All accounts 30 days past due will be charged 1.5% per month until paid in full. Accounts over 60 days will be placed on a C.O.D. basis until new credit arrangements are made. Accounts over 90 days will automatically be placed with a collection agency. Collection costs to be assumed by debtor and added to the unpaid balance on the account.

The customer is liable for all applicable taxes unless tax exemption certificates have been provided before delivery.

Shipping quantities and charges are to be arranged in advance.

Merchandise may be returned only with prior authorization by Huber Ranch Sod Nursery, Inc. and due to incorrect shipments or damaged goods. Notification of incorrect or damaged shipments must be made upon receipt of delivery to Huber Ranch Sod Nursery, Inc.
